Activities of the Technosphere Security Training Center

The Technosphere Safety Training Center trains specialists in the fields of occupational safety, industrial and fire safety, environmental protection and civil defense. Its activities are aimed at improving the skills of employees of enterprises, training them in new legal requirements and ensuring safe working conditions.
The training programs address issues of risk identification and assessment, methods of minimizing them, as well as preventive measures to prevent emergencies. Special attention is paid to regulatory documents regulating the requirements for occupational safety and technosphere safety, such as the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, federal laws and Government regulations of the Russian Federation.
One of the key areas of the center’s work is the training of occupational safety specialists. Students learn the basics of the occupational safety and health management system (OSH), accident investigation methods, principles of organizing a safe workflow and the use of personal protective equipment. Classes on electrical safety, industrial sanitation and prevention of occupational diseases are also held.
Industrial safety training covers the operation of hazardous production facilities, requirements for the technical condition of equipment, and monitoring compliance with safety standards. In this area, not only theoretical knowledge is important, but also the practical application of emergency prevention methods.
Fire safety occupies an important place in the center’s activities. The programs include studying the requirements for fire protection of buildings, evacuation procedures, rules for working with fire extinguishers and other fire extinguishing equipment. Special emphasis is placed on the training of those responsible for ensuring fire safety at the enterprise.
Environmental safety is another area of training. It discusses ways to reduce the impact of harmful factors on the environment, regulatory requirements for waste management and emissions of harmful substances. There are also courses on environmental monitoring and pollution minimization technologies.
The Training center organizes both primary education and advanced training courses. Some programs are developed taking into account the specifics of specific industries, for example, construction, energy, chemical production. Various forms of education are used, including full-time, distance and combined classes.
Upon completion of the training, students undergo a final knowledge test. In case of successful completion of the course, a document confirming the qualification is issued. This may be a certificate, a certificate, or a certificate of an established pattern.
Thus, the activities of the technosphere safety training center are aimed at creating a safety culture at enterprises, reducing occupational risks and preventing emergencies.
